Interpretation

The words with initial letters capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
